Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be added according to NJ state law. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order, not including shipping and handling charges (where applicable). In the event that additional charges may apply, we may make modifications to your order and notify you after the order is processed.

Shipping:

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please include actual street addresses only, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

Saturday Delivery:

Overnight delivery for orders placed on Friday to be delivered on Saturday will require an additional $10 added to overnight charge. Otherwise, the order will arrive on Monday. Next-day air charges will apply.

We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover) for online orders. Checks Money Orders are accepted, but the products only ship after the check or money order has cleared.

When will my order arrive?

We generally ship within 2-3 business days once we receive an order. Time may vary for international orders sent by Airmail or Express Mail.

How much is the postage?

Shipping costs are kept to a minimum. For simplicity, the U.S. Postal System has a one price box which will be added to your orders as shipping and handling cost. International postage will depend on the locations and services.

Return Policy:

We offer a full money back guarantee if products are returned unopened within 30 days from purchase. Returned orders that received free shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit. Exchanges will not incur additional shipping charges. Return processing may take 2-4 weeks. Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
